A Healthier Living Environtment: Lotions, Potions and other Concoctions

This one hour workshop will discuss the everyday hazards in our home environment from deodorant to lotion.  Participants will gain knowledge of certain environmental toxins and how they may play a role in our health and reasons we should be more cautious about the products in our home.  In addition, the workshop will give alternatives to mainstream products and do-it-yourself options that can be made at home.
