Event Description:
Development Download is a forum to enhance relationship-building and communication between area businesses and city officials. We are pleased to welcome Zachary Graham, Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and Leasing, Crawford Hoying. Zach will discuss commercial leasing activity around the region and new development activity with plently of time for Q&A.

About Zach Graham
As Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and Leasing at Crawford Hoying, Zach leads commercial real estate leasing strategy for the company. He manages an experienced team of commercial agents and is responsible for driving revenue to all projects.
Zach’s extensive real estate experience in leasing, asset management, underwriting and development gives him a unique perspective in many areas of all Crawford Hoying projects. He has a genuine interest in creating meaningful tenant relationships and helping their businesses thrive.
Prior to joining Crawford Hoying in 2023, Zach underwrote more than $1BN of real estate projects for Nationwide Realty Investors, Ltd., the real estate equity investment and development arm of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. Zach holds an undergraduate degree in Management and Real Estate from Ohio University, and an MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Zach has been involved with several non-profit and professional organizations as well as previously serving as member of the board for both the Tri-Village Chamber Partnership and The Franklinton Special Improvement District.
