Preferred Living is proud to host an official Ribbon Cutting and Happy Hour Celebration at Langham Boutique, our newest luxury community in Grandview. While Langham is already open and welcoming new residents, this event is a chance to celebrate the thoughtful design and boutique living experience that Langham now brings to Grandview.
Join us on Wednesday, June 19th for an evening of celebration featuring light bites, drinks, and guided tours of the space. The event will be from 4:30 - 6:00 PM, with a formal ribbon cutting presented in partnership with the Tri-Village Chamber Partnership at 5:00 PM. After the ceremony, stay and mingle during a relaxed happy hour in our resident lounges, play a round of golf on the simulators, or enjoy a movie in the theater!
