Please join us for this great opportunity to learn more about the cost saving benefits available through the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA). SOCA is an alliance of 128 Chamber of Commerce that offers health insurance and other benefit program to employers. The Tri-Village Chamber Partnership benefits available to members include Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Chamber Saver Plan, The Chamber Energy Program, and LegalShield IDShield. Representatives from each of these programs will be sharing information how TVCP members benefit from each and can save money by participating in them.
This will be a hybrid meeting which will also be recorded!!
Representing SOCA:
Matt Appenzeller: Matt is the President & CEO of SOCA, in 2016, he helped launch the SOCA Benefit Plan administered by Anthem. The Plan is now the largest Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement in the United States, providing coverage to nearly 7,000 employers and 48,000 employees. In addition to more than 20 years of sales and management experience, he served 7 years in the U.S. Army. He and his wife, Lauren, reside in Cincinnati.
Mikki Caston: Mikki is the Program Manager for SOCA and is licensed in Life & Health Insurance. She has been with SOCA for a 7 ½ years and prior to that worked as the Membership Director for the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce. Here mantras in life: “Where there’s a Will there’s a Way” and “If it doesn’t nourish the mind, body or spirit then I’m not doing i.”

Rick Davidson: Rick, President and Co-founder of Community Energy Advisors, brings over 28 years of combined energy trading and retail marketing experience in the electricity, natural gas, and oil markets. A leader that can analyze situations, capitalize on opportunities, and drive success, his extensive experience includes management, sales, trading, marketing, forecasting, budgeting, and operations across multiple channels assuring regulatory compliance in the energy industry. He believes that education and local initiatives are keys to improving the economic success of a community. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for his leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to successfully reach goals.

Todd Goldwin: Todd owned a successful employee benefits brokerage for over 20 and since 2012, has been educating employers regarding the new risk of identity theft. Todd is now asked to speak across the nation educating employer groups, churches, businesses, trade associations and other groups about the real risks of identity theft and how to mitigate those risks. Todd is also a co-founder of DataGuard Partners LLC which was formed to educate business owners and provide real solutions tailored to their business. He and his wife Leah make their home in Fairfield, Ohio where they raised their 3 sons and where they now spoil four amazing granddaughters and a wonderful grandson!
