You will be introduced to the work of DODD, Goodwill Columbus, OOD and Franklin County Board to influencers throughout Ohio, to establish the value of people with developmental disabilities as hardworking, valuable employees who are assets. We are coming from a place of great news, with the program Employment First surpassing job placement goals in the past year. We would love to have Tri-Village business owners view themselves as stakeholders in the continual investment in employees with developmental disabilities too!
