- Deliver personalized service to clients by phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare materials for client meetings, open accounts, process transfers, and maintain accurate records
- Support marketing efforts, client events, and strategic business planning
- Handle confidential client information with integrity and attention to detail
- Leverage digital tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and proprietary planning software (MoneyGuide)
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Strong conversational and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and ability to work independently
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience with administrative tasks and customer service
- Comfortable with digital tools and learning new systems
- A background in financial services or interest in the field is helpful but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $22.50–$23.91 based on experience
